🔥 AfterBurn is an at home/gym personal training/group fitness program that focuses on high intensity interval training. You can expect 30 minutes of cardio on your favorite piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike) and 25 minutes of strength training and stretching (dumbbells, yoga mat, and a chair)
🔥 You will receive "Live" workouts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 5:00-6:30 a.m. with Coach Tiffany & Coach LeeAnn. Along with Tuesday (upper body) and Thursday mornings (lower body) at 5:30 a.m with Coach Kari. Also a weekly ab/booty band challenge will be included as well!
🔥 No need to scroll through pre-recorded workouts as the AfterBurn program has continuously changing templates. Can't attended the early morning classes? No problem! Classes are recorded for continuous viewing 👊
🔥 Nutritional coaching will also be included with daily tips and tricks on how to make clean eating a reality and achieve results through the AfterBurn private Facebook page 💜 Recipes, weekly grocery shopping list, along with meal planning 😋 Also touching base on Saturday mornings to discuss HOT Topics with Coach Dietitian Amber 😀
